Lateral TTC Plating System

General Information

The lateral TTC arthrodesis system is an extension of the comprehensive ankle fusion and motion preserving product solutions offered by Tornier. The anatomic design provides a more accurate fit on the lateral aspect of the tibia, talus and calcaneus. The unique distal eyelet, located on the plantar surface of the calcaneus, accommodates a large 7.0 mm ‘homerun’ MaxTorque™ compression screw. The elegant instrumentation allows for an additional 7.0 mm screw to maximize compression and stability without potential for screw collision.

Indications

The MaxLock Extreme™ ankle fusion plates are indicated for use in adult or pediatric patients as indicated for pelvic, small and long bone fracture fixation and fixation of bones that have been surgically prepared (osteotomy) for correction of deformity or arthrodesis. Indications for use include internal fixation of the tibia, fibula, femur, humerus, ulna, radius, and bones in the hand, wrist, foot and ankle.
